An employee made a false claim at the CCMA for dismissal.This employee just stayed away and after 3 days I send her a sms but she didnt reply. 3 weeks later i get the complain form from the CCMA.She is now looking for compensation but I am not willing to settles as I paid her Her last months wages in full and dont believe I should compensate her as she just stayed away. She even send her husband on the 3rd day to get her belongings and copies of her pay slips.Do you think I should settle at conciliation or take my chance with arbitration.The last time she was at work was on 24th May until now she has never tried to contact me.
