"Final Written warning issued (Misconduct)"
Hearing conducted with internal chair person (outcome: Final Written warning). Employee appeals and matter heard by an external/neutral chair. Written warning ruled. Employee states that chair was not reasonable. Employee refers matter to CCMA. We arranged date for employee's corrective measures to be discussed (for written warning). Employee objects because matter now at CCMA and might be overruled. Do we continue with discussion regarding corrective measures or wait until matter heard and ruling made?
