"Informal meetjng"

I was suspended from work pending an investigstion for misconduct. My manager phoned me last night at about 7pm requesting to meet her today at 12lm. I havent been informed by letter about the charges agaimst me nor was i given time to prepare myself. So what should i tell her at the meeting or should i just keep quiet and hear her out
