"Retrenchment retraction"

I received a Notice of Retrenchment on 13 Feb, with 2 months notice period and standard payment of 1 week per year worked. 3 days before the contract terminated, I received a settlement agreement stating the same period and payment, and start date of 13 Feb to 14 April, but with a couple of clauses in. One that the company will pay the settlement amount in parts over 4 months, and that the payment of settlement agreement is dependent on me finishing all my remaining work. For my 2 months notice i was given couple of new projects, rather than handing over to the contractor they replaced me with. I rejected this agreement, firstly the notice of retrenchment is still in play, secondly i wanted my money in one amount. Then 1 day before contact termination the boss sent an email that he revokes the settlement agreement sent on the 11th, and that i am still employed. No mention of the retrenchment of 13 Feb. On the 14th my contract terminated. On the 18th I got notice of disciplinary hearing, on the 24th they help disciplinary hearing. I did not attend. On the 31st I got notice that i was fired for misconduct. No retrenchment monies was paid, no leave money was paid. It is in front of the CCMA. What is your opinion on this?
