"Call Center : Commission and service conditions"

Are Employee's at a Call Center employed on a Commission basis entitled to a basic salary and normal service conditions ?

What are their leave, hours of work and if forced to work from 08h00 to 20hoo with 15 min breaks acceptable?

What are the normal conditions of employment for Call centre Employee's ?

Can you provide me with the relevant Labor Laws currently in place !!

Like wholesale and similar type of workers who receive a 2/3 salary of the basic salary and commission based on sales ?

Your Kind assistance would be Urgently appreciated

Kind Regards

Peter Bam
