If i give work to a foreigner and said to him that he must get his paper work in order, and he did not do it and i give him notice and a week later come back to me with the paper work must i sign him on or not.
If there was a termination of employment and a subsequent break in employment you are under no obligation to re-employ him if you are comfortable with the procedure followed in termination and the reason for termination. I do not see how a person can get their paperwork in order in that regard in a week`s time and this would raise questions regarding the authenticity thereof.
