"Night work - as published on your website"

Good day,

I have been made aware of an article you published on your website and I quote the following “Before you sign off your nightshift workers' payslip, check what you're paying him is BCEA compliant

For starters, if more than half the shift falls between 6pm and 6am and you've chosen remuneration over reduced hours, you have to give your worker a night shift allowance. This, according to the BCEA, must be equal to 15% of his normal cost to company remuneration.” (my emphasis on the underlined portion)

1. Please urgently advise where in the BCEA is it stated that the allowance is a compulsory allowance set at 15% as I have researched the Act and cannot trace this specific portion and need clarity on this bold statement made in your article.
