"Where do I stand"
In 2012 i was made full day, and in 2016 due to company financial problems, I was placed back on half day.
I did not sign an employment contract,and am told the position was "created" for me due to marital ties. The company is now under business rescue, retrenchments are to be made, however I am not a union member and no package awaits me..I will just have to "go"
I paid tax the years I was full day employee, and i contributed to UIF..there are over 30 days leave due to me..
What are my rights here, or do I just have to accept I was a "casual"? I am 72 years of age
Our salaries have been paid late for months now, and at present we still waiting for the salary for month of May
