IF AN EMPLOYEE WAS PRODUCED WITH A NOTICE OF ALLEGATIONS IN DECEMBER AND HAS PROVIDED STATEMENTS AT REQUESTED TIME. HOW LONG BEFORE ACTION / SUSPENSION / DISMISSAL MUST BE MADE. AND WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY STEPS TAKEN.
