Hallo, i am closing my business and do not have any contracts with my workers. What is my resposibilities regarding the workers.

Good morning

Irrespective of having agreements they were employed by you and they were paid a salary therefore the retrenchment process in terms of Section 189 of the LRA applies as well as retrenchment packages in terms of the BCEA.
