"Injury on Duty ??"

Good day

I trust that you can give me some on advise on this issue

My husband (David) runs his own “IT” business. He works as a private consultant / contractor to all his clients.

On the 27/10/17 he was working at one of his clients.
He needed to climb onto a roof at the premises to install cables. While on the roof, (from the pictures we have - they had steel sheeting & had put in plastic sheeting as a skylight but it looks like they have since painted all the sheets the same colour) he fell through the roof and landed on the ground.
He is in the Neurology ward, still in a coma with broken ribs, base of skull fracture & internal injuries.

Is there any way that I can put in a claim against them & if so what procedures do I need to follow

Your response & advise will be highly appreciated.

Thanks & regards.
