Biography: Robyn is a consultant at Maserumule Consulting. She started her career as an HR Consultant in the Financial Services Industry where she was responsible for amongst others, training, induction programmes, payrolls and consulting. She subsequently decided to specialise in employment relations and worked for a trade union within the insurance and banking sector before she joined Maserumule in 2009. Robyn has since participated in and completed labour law and arbitration workshops at various leading universities, including an advanced labour law course at Unisa. Business areas Disciplinary inquiries, corporate restructuring, employment negotiations, transfers of business, contracts of employment, unfair labour practices, drafting of policies, employment equity and CCMA representation. Qualifications B Com Hons (industrial psychology) (University of the Western Cape) Certificate in the Advanced Labour Law Programme (UNISA)
