Are we allowed to ask a potential employee about their physical and mental/psychological health in an interview?
We have just employed someone who went for a full medical prior to deployment. The doctors report has come back stating that he is unfit for the required job description which involves travel due to a pre-existing condition which he was unaware of. How do we deal with this?
